Q: Could I send the puzzle as gift to my friend in a different country?
A: Of course. A lot of people have done the same for years on our website. After making the purchase, you can simply drop a message to contact@japaneseringpuzzle.com to let us know your request (shipping address, birthday card, etc). We will be glad to help you bring joy to your loved ones.
Q: Is it safe to buy things on japaneseringpuzzle.com?
A: It is safe, because we use Paypal as our main payment gateway and always provide tracking code to our customers. Paypal has long been consider as one of the safest payment providers on the planet. Q: I receive a broken product. How could I request a refund?

- We accept returns on all broken items and exchange them at no additional cost.
- We will refund the entire purchase price of the order (less shipping).
- There are no hidden fees or re-stocking fees.
- Refunds made within 30 days will be made to the credit card or PayPal account used to place the order.

A: It will depend on your location, since our main workshop and warehouse locate in the South East Asia. All shipments will have complimentary tracking codes.
